Gift vouchers - terms and conditions

Purchase Terms:

1. We will send your vouchers by post. We will endeavour to deliver the vouchers within 20 working days from acceptance of your order; we will not be liable for any delay in delivery or losses arising from such delay.
2. Upon delivery, you must examine the vouchers and give immediate notice to us of any damage, defect or shortage.
3. Title of the vouchers only passes to you on delivery or payment. If payment is not received (e.g. cheques are dishonoured, credit card payments are charged back or accounts remain unpaid at the due date) any vouchers dispatched will become void and must not be used.
4. You must not reproduce in any form the vouchers, and/or the CAMRA logo (the logo) or anything deceptively similar to it, or authorise assist or enable others to do so without our prior written consent. The vouchers and/or logo may not be used in combination with any other marks, names, words or logos without our prior written consent.
5. Purchase and supply will be governed by English law. If we are prevented from performing an obligation under the contract by circumstances outside our control we will be released from that obligation and will not be liable for any failure to perform it.
6. Redemption Terms are detailed below. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Redemption Terms:

1. Vouchers can be exchanged for goods purchased via the CAMRA online retail facility (shop.camra.org.uk) and via CAMRA HQ on 01727 867201 and may not be redeemed at any beer festival or for beer or any other alcohol product.
2. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. To be valid vouchers must be complete and unused.
3. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase CAMRA gift vouchers or CAMRA membership or gift membership.
4. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.
5. The gift certificate has a cash redemption value of 0.001p.
6. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with cash. If a purchase is for a lower amount, no change can be given. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards.
7. Normal CAMRA terms and conditions of purchase and for using the CAMRA website apply.

Redeeming a Gift Certificate:

To redeem your CAMRA gift certificate, simply follow the steps below.

• Select the items you wish to order, using your Shopping Basket.
• In the order form, you'll see a box that says "Discount Code".
• Enter your code into the box and click the "Update" button.

You will see that the value of your gift certificate has been deducted from the total cost in the order summary.
