Payment Options
CAMRA shop offers its customers several payment options. Our goal is to make
you feel comfortable conducting business on the Internet. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Switch/Maestro.
If you prefer to phone in your order, call 01727 867201,
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (UK Time).
If you would like to fax us your credit card order, please send it to
01727 867670. You can also order via post by sending an order and cheque
made payable to CAMRA to CAMRA, 230 Hatfield Road, St Albans, Herts, AL1
4LW.
If you are ordering by fax or post (by credit card), you must include
your name as it appears on the credit card, the card number, the card's
expiration date, issue number for Switch cards, 3 digit security code
from the back of the card product IDs, your daytime telephone number,
full postal address, and membership number if ordering books at members'
rate.
Please add the following postage costs to any postal or fax orders:
- Flat postage rate: £1.50
- Additional postage costs: £1 for every book on the order

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your
order within a maximum of 10 business days. This could extend to 15 days
in peak periods.
Availability
Should your chosen products be unavailable or delayed, thankfully a rare occurrence, we will
contact you immediately to give you revised delivery timescales or a full refund.
NOTE: Special delivery arrangements may be in force for Christmas, the New Year and Easter
Holidays. Orders shipped by us and confirmed delivered completes the order and releases us
from all liability.

All prices shown include VAT at 17.5% where applicable.
